The owners of this firm believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God. The owners believe that He was the ultimate example of a servant leader through how He lived, and how He died. We do not force this belief on our clients or our teammates, but we believe that Jesus was the true example of how to live and lead.

All of us understand that there is no other way to effectively lead than from the front. We cannot lead if we are not willing to do. We cannot teach or expect anyone to follow our lead if we haven't done the work ourselves and set the standard on what to do and how to do it.

We are a trial firm. Our ability to advocate for clients is built on our trial results, trial skill, and willingness to take our clients’ cases all the way through a jury trial and appeal. Even though jury trial work is physically and mentally demanding for the whole team, we will never back down from taking a case to trial that should be tried where it serves the client. This will cost us time, money, and energy in the short term, but it will benefit all of our clients, our team, and ourselves when we stand up for what is right and fight for the compensation and affirmation that our clients deserve. We will not be outworked or intimidated by insurance companies, corporations, or government entities. We will be dangerous trial attorneys that put our opponents at risk in a court of law every time they try to treat our clients unfairly or settle for less than they should pay, fighting to honor our clients’ Seventh Amendment right to a civil trial by jury.

We will be brave with our teammates. We will hold each other accountable when we make mistakes, recognizing when we have not exemplified these core values, and we will work together to rectify mistakes by creating solutions. We respect each other enough to directly address problems with any of us that have violated these core values, and we will never resort to gossip or negative talk about others.
